Please do and while you’re at it, don’t forget to look up all the ‘regime change’ conducted by Europeans over the centuries. The British, French and Spanish have a doctorate in that field. That being said, I don’t view it entirely as a negative. Without colonialism, we wouldn’t have countries like the US, Canada or Australia today.

As to your previous post about the world ‘being quieter’, I’m afraid that’s a very simplistic view. Since the dawn of time, humans have been in conflict with one another. To claim that things would be ‘quieter would imply that the world was in a state of bliss before the arrival of the US on the scene and that’s just plain false. Nature abhors a vacuum and someone else will fill that void.

Fair enough, but I was trying to define "collapse of America" and all I can see is "simultaneous collapse of many powerful fanancial empires". This is happening all the time, just not in concert, and they are replaced seamlessly by other fortunes. How many of the top 100 fortunes in the US have remained intact for over 50 years? It is in fluid motion, not like Rothschild and Krupp, who defined centuries of their nation' glory.

The first reply since this volatile trainwreck began that makes true sense.

1. Under the original republican form of government, it was a nation founded on the notion that governments were instituted among men to secure endowed rights from predators. . . then predators infiltrated that government.

2. Pursuant to law, few Americans absolutely own private property. The vast majority only hold qualified ownership, with an interest shared by the 'creditor'.

3. Tsk, tsk. It went broke in 1933, when St. Roosevelt "liberated" all the gold money, and criminalized the possession of gold money by "free" Americans. The gold allegedly in Ft Knox depository is not held in trust for the sheeple. And if distributed, would only amount to $9.50 per capita.

4. Once fragmented, the predators will enjoy a more pleasant hunt on 'their' game farm, shattered into self interest groups, incompatible cultures and languages, and wholly money mad.

Depends on the country in question. UK, France or Germany sure. Anything in EE is a big no.

So essentially what you're left with is Western countries. The US, Canada, Australia, Western Europe as candidates. Possibly even Brazil if they can fix a few things.

But even then, people will still find something to complain about. I'm more than happy with the US as a superpower. Sure, there are a number of things I'd like to change, but that doesn't mean that the status quo should be usurped.

What about America's military armament, would the US sell them or would the world take them and throw them into the sea?

What happens to Canada? Will Canada let refugees in, will it help America rebuild or will it build a wall and be happy that America is no more?

Will El Mexico take back its lands and turn Los Angeles into a paradise?

What happens to Manhattan?

Where's YouTube going to go?

Will China be the new Hollywood or will it be Bollywood or would it be those boring European movies?

Is China making another Asura? Who's going to make Frozen 3? Will we get a Spider-Man based in Hong Kong or a Batman based in Gotamu which is a fictional Indian city?

Will the EU finally be the new supa powah in the ward?

Will Europeans finally be happy?

What about the Philippines, would they take revenge and colonize America?

Would Japan purchase 2 Atomic bombs and target military installations?

Would the world invade America and divide its lands and give Somalia, New York State?

Will the world enter into a new era of enlightenment where humanity will discard its flaws and aspire for the stars?

Will it be China's or the EU's turn to hear the curses and cries of the ward?

Or would the world be noble, let bygones be bygones, help Americans not as Americans but as human beings and help America rebuild?

And finally, would the world be a better place after America is no more?

There are a couple of things wrong with this statement: Western Europe power is old news and 2: the future will belong not to a country...outdated concept too...but to the more globalized idea: EU.

Another posibility is for EE to split and get non-European countries to join into a new union but in any case it will be something from Europe mostly and it won't be a single country.

If USA power suddenly ended...

China would quickly gain control over Taiwan and Japan. Maybe force Australia and New Zealand to become vassals.

A passive, self doubting Western Europe would quickly see Eastern Europe be carved up between Russia and Turkey

Israel would be fighting it alone, though against weaker neighbors

Mexico would take back most of the Western USA

Taliban would re-take over Afghanistan

Canadians would still like hockey

I still don't get why the OP/this thread is even taken so serious.
But if one would take it serious then this answer nails it!
