Meh. USA isn't really a single country, it's more like a bunch of separate countries and a few overseas territories that are all different from each other. Each one of those separate countries is called a state/territory instead of a country, each with its own government but all dictated to by a single administration in Washington DC. United STATES of America isn't even the name of a real country, it doesn't mean anything except that it's the identifying title of a coalition of individual countries and different cultures.

Kind of like the 16 Commonwealth Realms. Each Realm is a separate country with its own government and culture but all 16 realms have the same monarch. Likewise, the USA is no different and no more diverse nor more unique than the European Union or the Commonwealth Realms.

Oh boy! A fellow states' rights advocate here! Come down to the U.S. and let's form our own state militia! Return to the Articles of Confederation in THESE united states!

But in many ways America is a single cookie cutter country where everything is the same everywhere. It's considered to be gnarly and radical to be rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate towards other people. The Coronavirus pandemic really exposed how the American way of life is. If you're an a-hole than you fit right in, but if you're kind and compassionate than you're better off in Canada. Compassion and empathy are seen as tree hugging liberal commie socialism in Am'rrka. Being self-centered, egoistic, and powerful are seen as the American "Christian" Republican ways, lol.

People have told me that since I'm from Georgia so that's why I have the perception that I do, since Georgia is the most American state while the other states are all like Japan by comparison, lol. But I lived all over the country and not to mention interacting with people from all over, and I can tell you it's the same everywhere, except maybe Hawaii.

Any country with free speech, no death penalty, low crime rates, not a police country, without PC censorship, free travel etc etc.

We have the freedom to go broke... lol. What I'd do to be able to drink outside in the streets of a megalopolis like here in Tokyo. Had to laugh at that guy I met in Pittsburgh from Texas in a grey Ford F150 saying he'd never go to a country that's less free than the US. After not being able to buy whiskey too because the liquor stores are closed on Sunday in Pennsylvania! I've been laughing for 5 years now.

At least we get paid a lot. Save it for retirement to another country where you can actually afford the healthcare in old age.

The patriotic Americans would tell us that we have the freedom to leave, even during the pandemic when it's not really possible with the borders closed and no flights. Many Americans think every foreign country is like communist North Korea by comparison, lol.

Um, most of these countries have much stricter gun laws than the U.S., as well as rigorous PC censorship. The U.S. is more conservative than the vast majority of these countries.
