Default Work in Europe with US passport.

Hi guys. I want to ask you a question. I need your advise. My question especially for American citizens, who are living in Europe. I have similar situation, I'm from Eastern Europe, but I have been living in USA for 7 years. In future I'm planning go to work to Europe. Somewhere to Switzerland or Germany. I have an option to wait couple years more and get American citizen first, before I go to Europe. What do you think, if I have American passport and I'll live in Europe, will I have any pluses, bonuses, more opportunities to find a good job? I mean American citizen can work for American companies in Europe, right?
Please give me an advise what to do in my situation. I really need your opinion. I already have EU passport. What do you think, it will be any difference for me if I have American passport there? Will I have more opportunities there? Please tell me what do you think? How do you feel there with American passport? It's very important for me. I don't know what to do. Wait couple more years and apply for citizenship here in USA, or just go there with my EU passport right now?

I'm no expert at all, but it's my understanding that it would be easier to get a job & work permit in a European country as an EU member than as an American citizen, as we are considered "third country nationals" and can only snag a job if the employer proves first that no one in that country or the EU can do it. I was looking into a job in Switzerland and it seems when applying to live/work there as an American, their government can approve or reject you on any whim.

I don't know about finding work with an American company in Europe. I suppose getting the job in the US first & then transferring would make sense. Getting you US citizenship & visa to live & work somewhere else doesn't quite make sense to me

United States citizenship is just going to get you taxed by the United States IRS on your worldwide income even while living outside the United States.

Just go now with the EU passport.
