Default Tokyo, Osaka or Shanghai

Which would you prefer for living?

They are three cities I wouldn't mind living in, and I'd love to hear comments on them.

I would pick Tokyo. Shanghai is nice, but its not quite ready for prime time in my opinion.

When I was in Osaka it kind of looked like the city never recovered from the early 1990s. Nice place, but it was the only place in Japan where I saw any real concentration of poverty (lots of people sleeping in boxes or tents next to the subway tracks.

I equally think Tokyo might be the most interesting of the three. Shanghai has really been intriguing me A LOT lately, and the city seems to be changing so much, there is something dynamic and interesting going on it seems.

Osaka, I've visited, and I liked it, but not sure if it would measure up to the other two or not.

Tokyo, then Osaka. Shanghai is out of league. The air is too dirty, it's not as convenient as Tokyo.

I would pick Shanghai. Because i'm not into Japan too much. I think it's too expensive, too clean, too "civilized". Although I only spent a few days in Japan, that's the feeling that I got from it.

I prefer the funkiness of Shanghai or Seoul.

None, Tokyo is too expensive for me to live, Shanghai is too crowded. I recommend Hangzhou: unlike shanghai:it is less expensive, more dedicated, ppl are nicer.food is better

It is less expensive to live in China these days, so I picked Shanghai for now!
