TOKYO, July 17 (AP) - (Kyodo)—Police will seek a ban on the possession of highly lethal double-edged knives, such as daggers, in the wake of last month's stabbing spree by a man at the Akihabara electronics district in Tokyo that claimed the lives of seven people and left 10 others injured, the National Police Agency said Thursday.
