KateUK is on a distinguished road
I am a black british woman and I would say that whilst London is cosmopolitan and diverse, the further you travel outside London the more hostility you would face. In the UK at the moment because of high levels of knife crime involving young black males, it would be challenging to live here if you intended to live anywhere other than London or one of the large cities. I have been to stockholm and absolutely loved it. The men were so gorgeous and attentive however there were not many black people out there so if you are looking for people of similar heritage to yourself that would not be the place to relocate to. However if you want to be surrounded by beautiful blond men and women who have a great culture then I would strongly recommend it! I agree that Spain is absolutely not the right country to visit. Many of the people have a peasant mentality and are not progressive in their views on different races. France, Switzerland and Holland are probably the most appropriate countries for you to consider.

I wouldn't recommend France as the most welcoming choice for you in view of the current French administration's tightening of immigration law regarding non-EU persons. It's become increasingly more difficult to enter France from an African country in particular, stemming largely from the great influx in recent years of North Africans, which has strained an already over-burdoned social system. The response has been a creation of lengthy and strenuous requirements for all non-EU immigrants. But if you have your heart set on it, give it your best try.
