In the U.S. I nominate Houston, Texas, while in Canada Toronto, Ontario.

Well the most non-white U.S. city is Miami, but it isn't diverse. I would say the most diverse U.S. city is NYC.

You said across the globe. I would say London is very diverse in Europe. You can walk around for a day in some neighbourhoods without meeting an English person, and to the untrained eye those who can be British are often students or professionals from other northern European countries.

I agree that Houston is very diverse than many of the larger cites I'v been to whether domestic, or international. I don't think most of the country is aware of this fact.

Offcourse Moscow Russia, i don't know if you talk about races and nationalities, in Moscow we got Ukranians Turkemns, Tatars, Ethnic Russians, Azeris, Turks, Chinese, Mongols, Gerogrians, Vatyaks, Bashkir's, if you talk about ethnicity no doubt there is more ethnic groups in Russia and in Moscow alone than in any other city or country !

Yea but all those different nationalities are in the same region and the people in that region kind of all look the same... NYC you got more contrast ie AFRICANS / ARABS / CHINESE / NORTHERN EUROPEANS / SOUTHERN EUROPEANS / HISPANIC (MESTIZO)

Yeah we have about 170 different different languages spoken from around the world. I live in new york and i have a friends from egypt, japan, puerto rico, england, ireland, kuwait, portugal, brazil, south africa and more

You must have a very closed mind of what white is. Many Cubans and Latinos as a whole are white-not lilly Scottish white but more of a Italian/ mediterranean shade. Latino is not a race.
Worldwide my vote goes to Paris or London. Toronto may be even more so but I've never been there.
