Look, I'm sure Albania is a nice looking place, there are some nice folks and whatnot, but let's not get all naive and think the world is all full of roses and unicorns.

Let's not pretend that these kinds of things start out from Scandinavia because of the nice weather and all...I know of no human smuggling into the USA canoeing in from Nunavut or Greenland.
