What are the Best countries in Europe for African Americans to go to College abroad?? (schools)

I am an African American man and I am considering going to school in Europe ,but I don't know what would be best for me.My studies will be International Relations and Law. Could some one please help me? What cities in Europe too?

Look in to Schools in Sweden. I am not sure about the program you want to study but I know that Sweden has some very good university's.

The Netherlands (Amsterdam specifically) would be an awesome choice as the country is very diverse (culturally and racially) and they have some of the best universities (like the Erasmus University).

I wouldn't recommend Sweden as it's quite a homogenous society and hence you might encounter way too much discrimination. The Swedish (and most of the Europeans) are very reserved and it's very hard to get to know them on a personal level...but it's possible and once it happens, you've found yourself a long-lasting friend.

I would also recommend Germany (Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg), Brussels, and of course the UK (which is by far the most culturally diverse country in Europe apart from the Netherlands and Brussels).

Wow, you know all bout Sweden. What school did you attend to and where did you live?

I actually went to school in the US (and lived there all my life) but I presently live in Europe (Prague, Czech Republic). I know quite a bit about Sweden because I have quite a few relatives living there (some of whom married the local Swedes).

Well, I am Swedish and went to school in Sweden so I don't agree with you.

Yes I do know that there is a lot of cultural diversity in areas like Malmo but nevertheless, the Swedes still have displayed an intense animosity towards the Muslims living there as the Muslims want to assert control in Malmo.

The Swedish minister himself, in one of his interview with BBC has said that we don't really know how to deal with immigration and integrating the two societies as a majority of the Swedes don't integrate easily with anyone "other" than Swedish....It has to be either the "Swedish" way or no way at all. Mind you, I'm stating this from the interview that I saw on TV a year back.

Getting back to the OP: what foreign languages do you speak? You're going to have a very hard time if you don't speak the language!
