That's climate chart was for Stockholm, Sweden.
Well, Sweden has population of 9,3 million, and Stockholm metro has 2 million, so millions of people live there
It's not northpole, because it's much colder there, plus it would be 0 hrs daylight in winter, not 6.

Haha, I was expecting you to say someplace in Alaska!
Really, it is much warmer there in the summer. And millions of millions of people all over the world lives with those winter time day light hours (the loooong summer days and nights makes it weeell worth it)

Nice picture by the way. From what building is it?

You think that's bad - add more rain and clouds, take away some snow and add lower average highs for the summer (and higher average highs for the winter) and you've got England!

Well, we get a bit more daylight in the winter but not much - I think the shortest day of the year is like 7 and a half hours.

But at least Stockholm seems to get nicer summers than we do, even though they are farther north. And at least they get pretty snow in the winter. Here, it's just rain, clouds, cold summers and mild winters. I would take Stockholm's weather over England's any day!

Having said that, the sun is actually out right now.

Wayyyyyyy too chilly for me.

I prefer the temps on my (one day) retirement property in SE Arizona with Average Jan highs of 59-60 and summertime highs in the low 90's and upper 80's. Not as perfect as Hawaii, but pretty pleasant none-the-less.
