Default Dual Passport

I searched the site and found some helpful information, however I did not find the answer to my question.

My mother was born and raised in Greece and moved here when she married my father (US Citizen). She still maintains her Greek citizenship.

Do I have the option to obtain dual citizenship via my mother being a Greek citizen?

I will call the Greek Consul tomorrow, but I wanted to see if I could get an answer before then.

Thank you!
