I'm curious to know which cities Russian cities have you visited? I'm surprised Mexico city made it to your top ten.

If cleanliness is of high priority then I can say London is certainly not clean. It's well known London is one of the dirtiest European cities. Stockholm is clean, so is Vienna which isn't on your list.

I have been to Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Volgograd. It is not just about cleaniness. Its about history and wealth of the people. But more importantly why Mexico city is on the list. Is because mexico city is an ancient city compare to moscow. Or anything else Russia has to offer. Vienna is very nice and so is Amsterdam but they just did not make the list....for me.

Moscow is not your typical Russian city. It’s more like a country within a country. It can be easily compared to New York or London and possibly win. There are a lot of things to dislike about Moscow (I don’t particularly like it myself, despite the fact that I was born here), but it is still one of the top cities in the world. It is also more than 850 years old.
Speaking of wealth, a professional in Moscow makes, on average, an equivalent of $70K+ a year. Everybody pays fixed 13% income tax. Free healthcare and education still exists. Two cars (often brand new) in a household is a norm nowadays. People who received free apartments from the government back in the USSR days, now own them. An average price for a “cheap” 1-bedroom apartment in Moscow is $350K. More or less decent 2-bedroom starts at $500K. A friend of mine just sold a 1-bedroom apartment in the center and bought a really nice house in Italy. Another sold his 3-bedroom and bought a mansion in New Jersey. So…

Okay, in no particular order of preference:

1) Singapore - born there so it kinda has to be on the list
2) Auckland, New Zealand
3) Kathmandu - yes it's smelly and filthy and polluted but still . . .
4) Münster, Germany
5) Oxford, England
6) Queenstown, New Zealand
7) Vienna, Austria
8) Washington DC - one word: Smithsonian
9) Estes Park, Colorado
10) London, England - yes it's filthy and polluted but still . . .

That's funny. I'm suprised no one listed Miami or Orlando or another famous city in Florida. Florida has many great cities! I however can't list a top ten because of your list I've only lived and visited a few cities on there. NYC, Montreal, Chicago, & San Antonio are the only ones. I will make a top ten list when I successfully visit California lol.

no Florida does not have great cities, especially not Orlando and Miami. If you haven't lived there go to the Miami forum and find out some of its problems.

Wow. You didn't even check me out. For you information, I have lived in FL practically my whole life!! I was born in Orlando and it was a great experience living there for many years. Moved to West Palm Beach which was ok. Moved to Port St.Lucie which is a cool city. Moved to Tallahassee which is a lame city. And of course, if your a floridian, you almost always go to Miami one time or another! And I have been there so many times I can't count. And it's just like if you live in Brooklyn. Going to NYC on the weekend or something is normal. Miami is a beautiful city and it's people with so much diversity! If you haven't lived there and are basing your opinions simply on what people say and not for yourself, you have some issues dude. You should go see it! Yes Miami has problems but so does other cities. I had the same opinion as you about the famous Los Angeles but I quickly learned that it's not some gangland paradise like I was quick to believe. It's a really beautiful and special city and yes, has problems but honestly, what city doesn't?!

Also it's funny how you say FL does not have great cities but why come so many people want to come vacation to Miami and and live it up in Disney World and other special theme parks like that? And those are people coming from California, New York, everywhere. I can't believe you right now.
