In alphabetical order, my top 10, and only of cities that I have actually visited:
Buenos Aires - architecture, food, wine
Cape Town - location, lifestyle, wine
Dubai, UAE - fun in the middle eastern sun, ski and sun bath on same day
Istanbul - archaeology, people, food, location
Luang Prabang, Lao PDR - beautiful setting, nice people, good food
Melbourne - cafe culture, trams
New York - still a global metropolis, excitement
San Francisco - America's Melbourne
Shanghai - the NY of Asia with twice the number of skyscrapers, interesting
Vancouver - another lucky city with a gorgeous setting

I agree I love the state of Florida, I have visited the state many many times, other cities off the top of my head I really liked were Tampa, st petersburg, Naples and Daytona as well as the others
