Difficult call, I have been to Finland, Sweden and Norway, and all are beautiful countries. If I have to choose, it would be Finland, because the Finns are such good fun and know how to party

Immigrant friendly, that would be a negative in regards to Sweden. Assimilation has failed completely, and the unemployment rate for immigrants is like 95%. Malmo Sweden has real problems with crime now as a result. PS-please do not label me a racist for pointing out the failures of poorly thought out immigration policies. I do not want to hear it; it is intellectually dishonest. Oh yeah, Norway for sure.

It's intellectually dishonest to write the unemployment figure is "like 95 %" among immigrants in Sweden. It's not even that high among Somalians. Rosengård in Malmö has indeed turned into an ethnic enclave with social problems. It's not unique in Sweden or Europe.
Otherwise I've shared my experiences of the Scandinavian countries in http://www.city-data.com/forum/world...countries.html

I went with Denmark, but I like all of them. I've been to 3 (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark) and I have been to the airport in Iceland (flying JFK-KEF-CPH-KEF-JFK one summer). I want to see Finland (I'm hlaf Finnish), but have not had the chance to go t here yet. I'm married to a Dane and have spent lots of time in Denmark. Naturally, I voted for Denmark.

You are right, though it is not dishonest but ignorant because I was quoting a biased source. After some research I discovered that the unemployment rate is 65% among immigrants in Malmo. Either way that is untenable.

The Icelandic and Faroese are at least partly related to Scandinavian people. The Finns don't even speak a Germanic language. They are definitely the coldest. Finns hardly speak without getting seriously drunk. The depression rate among Finno-Ugric people is very high.

the only thing that i can find that sweden beats us at is having more people (is this even a plus?), bigger cities (if oslo, with its population of more than 500 000 people, isnt big enough for you) aaand its not quite as overprotective as norway (they dont even sell redbull here!).
sweden is like our.. inferior brother. thats what i think, anyways
oh, and they have more amusement parks :P

Don't be mad because you will always be the Little Brother. A Norwegian book of knowledge will always be full of blank pages.
