What's your favorite square?
My favorite square would probably be the Saint Peter's square in Vatican city:
Here's some pictures of some famous squares I thought I'd show (Their just some of the famous one's I know about) :
Tiananmen Square, China. Also known as the biggest square in the world.
Kharkiv Freedom Square.
Palace Square, St. Pettersburg
Naghshe Jahan Square, Isfahan.
Place De La Concorde, Paris.
Times Square, New York City.
Main Market Square, kraków.
Piazza Del Popolo, Rome.
Piazza San Marco, Venice.
Plaza Mayor, Madrid.
Trafalgar Square, London
Union Square, San Francisco
So wich square is your favorite?
(Only so you know, in this thread you can discuss anything about threads)

The Central Square in Medellin, Colombia, is the nicest square I've ever been in.

I forgot about Grand Place. Magnificent place.
I love Trafalgar square, but St. Peter's edges it out by a nose. The church is so imposing, and the architecture is indescribable in its beauty. Wow....I miss Italy. God I love that country!

I like Marienplatz in Munich. Okay, the name does not end with a "Square" but it is a square in Munich.

I always enjoyed the Piazza del Campo in Siena.
But I love many of the ones Julian has posted, especially Plaza Mayor in Madrid and Union Square in San Francisco.
I love public squares: Their beauty is inspirational and their fine design is what helps make a community come together.
