I hear that Moscow isn't a bad place to visit. I was reading once about all the cultural events that goes on in that city. Though I'm sure winter ain't fun...

New York easily. London second. There's hardly a city on the list I wouldn't consider visiting, however (given certain political/safety conditions at any given time)

If this was based on metropolitan area and not city proper than L.A would have made the list.

London's probably my 2nd choice on this list. First choice is an easy one for me: HONG KONG. In only 400 square miles (the size of NYC) it's got mountains, beaches, 100+ islands, country parks, thousands of skyscrapers, and without the trash, graffiti, slums, crime, and vast welfare estates of most other cities on the list.
If I liked Japanese food better, I would've also picked Tokyo.

I'm assuming this is city limits and not urban areas??? It always makes you stop and think when you see some of these relatively small cities make the list because the entire urban area is in their municiple boundary.
Many massive urban areas aren't shown.
