I dunno if you're American. Just wanted to remind you that going to Medical School is pretty cheap all around Europe, especially when compared to the US, so doctors aren't expected to make as much as Americans are because they don't have any student loans to pay for once they get a job, hence the salaries are not even close. Having said this, they are probably the best-paid workers besides CEO's and so on.
On the other hand, you would need to learn the local language as it would be practically mandatory for you to start working in the public health system.
