All of the EU countries and Switzerland highly regulate their medical professions. Remember, you also have to obtain licensure in these countries, which means you need to speak the language.

I agree and I'm prepared to learn a language too. I already speak Spanish, German and a bit of Czech, but unfortunately Spain, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic and France don't pay their doctors well at all (Although they do have good working and living conditions) and so most of the docs from there are trying their luck in other European (particularly the Scandinavian countries, Belgium and Netherlands) as well as Non-European countries (Australia, US, New Zealand etc).

Probably Norway. As for being able to immigrate there, learning the language, and obtaining a job. . . Good luck.

You must be joking. Physicians in the UK have a dreadful existence. They must take whomever is in their district per the NHS, there is no freedom to prescribe what he/she considers the most appropriate medicine and the pay is abysmal, considering the amount of work involved.

To be a private physician in the UK, it's often the case that the physician's reputation, allowing him/her to be able to survive in a private practice, is established working for the NHS. I'm aware of how the system works in the UK, but to be a 'Harley Street' physician one's reputation is establishe over time. And it's most commonly done working for the NHS.

Yes, I do know that they UK is not really an ideal option for international medical graduates as they're facing a huge unemployment crisis at the moment..
