St. Vincent has a lot of frightening undertows on the ocean side making it very dangerous to go in the water and most of the other islands have similar problems on ocean side. As far as I know surfers don't frequent these islands much, because the surf isn't the best.

North Eleuthera island in the Bahamas and Rum cay in the Bahamas as well. Somers Point on Rum Cay is a surf/sportfish marina. Most are there to surf or fish. The bay right there is good for the Kite(watch coral heads & gov't dock). The better breaks can be reached by boat. There is some surf on the east side of Cat Island as well.
