The best european country?
Did the "best european city" thread, but I accendently deleted my selection of choices and I don't feel like doing it over again.
So instead I created this thread.

What is your definition of "best"?
Diversity is what makes Europe Europe. I find Hungary as beautiful as Germany, France or Spain* (all in a different way though) and wouldn't mind to live in any of those places.
* and of course all the other not mentioned countries

Spain hands down. Been vacationing there for the last 18 years. Mallorca is my favourite island.
Been to France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Rep, Italy, Greece (Corfu, Crete), Ireland, England, The Netherlands and I have to say Spain wins for its:
Culture
People
Landscape, beaches
Lifestyle
Food
Climate

You mean you dont love the Irish, Scottish and English sun ? wow :P
I would take Ireland's winter over New Mexico's winter any day.
