Albania: the easiest way to keep out immigrants is to make your country worthless: its why no-one moves to Alabama. Finland is pretty white as it is uninhabitable by normal people.
Altho reindeer like the sub zero temperature.

Actually, Alabama has quite a growing number of immigrants, especially Hispanic, but also Asian.

Did you confuse Albania and Alabama?

I'm sorry but this irritates me to no end. Spaniards are undoubtedly white as they share common genetics and culture with the rest of Europe. Additionally, I've never come across a Spaniard who considers himself anything but white, yet even my Spanish teacher in high school (she was not hispanic) said this was not true.

Didn't we just celebrate the fact that a black president was elected for the first time in this country? I'm not sure what year you live in, but in this country (and the rest of the world for that matter) is still very interested in race.

Don't know what is the "whitest European" country or whatever, because I've never looked into it.
But, for the sake of it, I can say that Sweden and even Norway would be a very bad answer. Too many immigrants from non-European countries for us to qualify.
Can I just throw in my own question here and ask: what is the most black country?
(Not that I really care, but it would be interesting to know, maybe...? )

You do know Finland and Sweden are pretty similar temperature wise? So... If people live in Sweden despite the cold, then why would it be more of a "no no" for people to live in Finland because of the cold...?

Yes. I'd go for Greenland. Or do you know another country that's whiter than that?
Iceland would come close, but I think Greenland is still whiter.
