Basically, I don't think the OP will ever be happy based on his comments. If he moves out of America then wherever he goes he will be a newcomer. Countries that respond well to newcomers are likely to welcome most nationalities and therefore he is likely to experience the same culture he hates in America.
I think he is a hypocrite. He hates immigrants yet wants to be one. Just because he speaks English - so do many of the people from around the world who come here for a better life even if it's their second language. He would be an immigrant like any other.
Illegal immigrants can be found in almost any country that is attractive to live in. There are many reasons why people have to seek asylum. What is even more funny is that many of the illegal immigrants in America are probably there as a result of a very poor quality of life in their own country, however, the OP seems to want to seek asylum from America due to it simply 'not being what it was'. Great reason.

not to be an ass but
u want to imigrate to europe coz of to many imigrants in the US?
basicly u just want to become similare to those u dislike in the US?
ailians are all over europe. legal and illigal. that wil not be any difrent.
only difrant is thay u also be an ailian. and u be "on the other side" of perspection.
perhaps a good ide. this make u se how the alians u dislike realy have it.

I think it is. If I had the option, I would move too.
This place isn't what it used to be, what generations before have told us about, It's somewhat depressing. The priorities of government are misconstrued. It seems like there was once this ideal that America stood apart from the world and now it seems like we're just like the rest. So, while we're at it - we might as well check out 'the rest'..at the bare minimum, atleast its a change of scenery!

I'm sorry, but most of the western world is in that shape right now. I doubt you will find what you're looking for, at least not in Europe.

maybe Norway is something for you?
it was recently given the title as the best country to live in AGAIN.. and it has the lowest unemployment rate in all of europe (and possible the world) at only 3%.. so there wont be so much money going to lazy people

Hello, you'd be nice in most average French cities. Given the fact you want to avoid "alien TO" then you should avoid Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, south in general, and that's it.
Most of the "provincial" country is safe. That's why my advice is Lorraine (Metz, Nancy). French quality of life, safe region, not far from Luxembourg (richest country in the world by habitants) not far from safe German region of Sarre too. See location :
In France you have a high quality of life and we are more US-welcoming than you may think, especially if you are well educated, polite and a good family man.
Don't worry, french people in small urban areas do speak and understand english. Autriche and Poland would make it too, according to your message.
Always based on your criterias, in Europe i would forget all of the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and most of big cities.
But IMHO you should try to stand up where you are. Don't give up.
See you
ps : as it was said, Norway may be good too, not in Euro Zone and rich with oil.
