I don't doubt there're way friendlier countries than the ones in that list.
Especially considering hospitality.
Sometimes it even seems like the people that have the least want to share the most.

This reads like "a list of very frequently travelled to countries by business-people" rather than most welcoming to travellers.
Perhaps it has to do with the source. If you have money, and go somewhere on business, every country is friendly.

lol, the list is funny and misleading because of the connotations of the title, "friendliest."

there is a difference between a country letting you in on thier soil and how you will be received or treated or even if they give a ****. friendliest denotes people and thier views, values and attitudes and i'm pretty sure that list is inaccurate.

What do you guys think about Vietnam? ^^ I think Vietnam is one of the world's friendliest countries. Not because I'm a Vietnamese, but I see that whenever Vietnam people see foreigners, they always smile, and add "Hello" following. ^^ Not much Vietnamese know English, but "Hello" is the word that used frequently in our country ^^.

Agreed. Mexico comes instantly to mind, all the bad press about the drug wars notwithstanding. Warm, polite, helpful, friendly as can be-- especially the poor. 'Back in the day' I would have said Micronesia and even the Philippines, but I haven't been in either place for many years so I can't say if they still meet the criteria.
