Go to London! Hey, rain can happen anywhere. London is hip, fun with LOTS to do. Plus the dollar is really good against the pound right now. You never know how long THAT will last.
Have fun!

Berlin has plenty to do/see. Good nightlife. I'd recommend you go there.

I will be in Copenhagen, Denmark while it is Memorial Day here in the US. I know Copenhagen is not one of the cities mentioned, but are there any recommendations (in general) of what is worth seeing, visiting. I will be there for a couple days before heading to Stockholm, Sweden.

I certainly would not go to London. Too big, too expensive, too dirty, not that friendly and the binge drinking culture is a turn off.
Amsterdam is certainly there to be discovered. While you may wish to go window shopping, there is so much to Amsterdam that the tourists never see.
I love Scandinavia but have not been to Stockholm so that would be an interesting destination. However, you are quite a lot farther north so the weather may be less welcoming. Also, prices for drinks and restaurants will be high.
I have never been to Berlin but would love to visit. Have heard great things about it as a friendly and vibrant city.

Thanks for all your input guys! We have decided to go to Stockholm, Sweden from May 20th - May 26th. At the end of the day it came down to Berlin or Stockholm and Stockholm nudged Berlin out. We still plan on going to Berlin possibly around Labor Day Weekend here in the states.
At the end of the day Stockholm seemed to fit what we are looking for and we have made some contacts already there that assuring us of a great time over there. Looking forward to the trip. Once again thanks for your wonderful suggestions .

Sounds like you're going to have fun. Make sure you don't hit Berlin in the winter or cold months. Dreary, overcast and depressing. Need to see it when warm, sunny.

I'm assuming it is like Bavaria (only 300 km away). Septembers are usually "Indian Summers" - leaves changing colors, temps in 70s, nice. October is when it usually starts getting colder (40-60s), rainy - very unpredictable.
