What city to visit in Europe in Late October
hello!
I will be visiting London for 2 days in late October and we'd like to also spend 2 days in one other city but can't decide on which on.
We are in our mid 20's so cost is of course an issue. Top 5 picks would be a great help! (We've already been to Paris, so please leave off lists)
Thanks in advance!

Well, if weather is a consideration, it is usually the cold and rainy season by then, so you may wish to try some southern European cities, Rome, Palermo or some other cities in Sicily (Syracuse would be interesting), cities along Spain's southern coast or Algarve in Portugal.
If weather is not a consideration, well Rome anyway, Florence, Venice (watch for flooding), Prague, Budapest.

If weather is of no consideration, Europe in general is a good place to go to in the autumn. There aren't as many crowds in the autumn as you would normally have in the summer.

Edinburgh is a wonderful compact city with great architecture, attractions and easy to get to from London by train. October is usually the nicest time of year there too.
I would also recommend Tallinn which is a stunning city, Florence , Grenada, Rome, Stockholm , Copenhagen . Budapest is a big favourite of mine, Prague is architecturally breath taking . 2 days is really not enough to do any of those places justice though and one owuld barely be scratching the surface.
In England Bath or Oxford are beautiful cities and 2 days allows you a little bit of time to actually get to grips with either cities.
