Default Brussels to Amsterdam

I have some vacation time in September and I was thinking about flying to Brussels and taking the train to Antwerp, then on to Rotterdam and finally Amsterdam, spending 1 day in each city. Are Rotterdam and Antwerp fun cities or are they kind of dull? Any info is appreciated!

Not half bad an idea. I assume you will NOT rent a car ?
You can walk to many places, if you use some of the local transportation. Just ask around. Brussels is easy for English speaking people. BTW, in Brussels, there is *manneke pis* but also *janneke pis*. It is up to you to find her ....
Also the center of town is rather interesting if you care to find out the history of the buildings. You can spend hours there .....

Is one day in each city an absolute ? Not that much time, since you need to include travel time and accommodations.

All depends on what you are looking for.
In many cases, the surroundings of a big city have all the charm, but the cultural aspect of the cities you mention are worthwhile to pursue.

Any info is appreciated!
