Default Advise needed... badly

Hello everyone:

I'm planing to move to EU in the begining of 2010 or maybe in a month if i manage to get a job. Im from Mexico and saving pesos to buy euros is kinda hard hehe. My first choice was Spain, but economy there and migration from Africa have made it hard to move there, so now im open to anything that makes me posible to move there get a job and then search for country to stay indefinetly.
For the ones that wander WHY i want to move to EU, here is the answer: my Lady, or my girfriend for the ones unfamiliar with the first term, she is living here with me and the cultural shock plus being so far away from her family was just too much, she is from Germany.
I've been reading posts here about moving to EU and mostly are directed to students or very young people (im not that young anymore), i'm 35 years old so i find this advises kinda "out of my league". I don't have a college degree, but have 3 years of college studies in turism, i speak good english and obviosly spanish and atm im the manager of a small hotel boutique in my home town.
So if someone here has any ideas to make this transision of mine more "easy", please let me know, would be much appreciated.

Marry your lady and learn German. You will need the support of her family to have a better chance at living comfortably. With German, Spanish, and English, you might be able to land a job at a hotel in Germany as a permanent resident married to a citizen.

Short of that, it may be possible to get a job in a call center with just English and Spanish, I heard there are jobs like that available in Netherlands, I doubt Germany. I'm sure the pay would be very low, but depending on where your lady's family lives you may be relatively close by.

Good luck!

Marriage is your only realistic option. But even then, right of residence is not automatic. In the worst case, your wife, who would be your sponsor, may have to return to Europe a few months ahead of you, find a job and an apartment, and thus demonstrate that she is financially sound and can support you until such time as you find a job. Proving that you can survive without government hand-outs is key to getting a spouse visa. Once obtained you should have no trouble moving to any of the 27 EU countries.

Thank u Bale, but marry her just for that is not an option at the moment and im not going to be a burden to her family not in a 1000 years, i need to make my way in Europe by myself or at least try, im not going to relay in her or her family as a useles underdevelopment country dweler (wich im not btw).

Thank u too Bob, but i think it would be better to forget my relationship, as i stated my reasons above.

Any other ideas?
