I'd say Italian because very syllabic and it flows well. I don't think I sound well speaking French but it's neck and neck with Italian, I like Spanish too. I like all the Romance languages really.

Of the Romance languages, I like French and Portuguese. Italian sounds nice coming from a beautiful woman. Spanish sounds staccato and harsh like a WWII battle.
Of the Germanic languages, I like Norwegian and Swedish followed by certain dialects of German. I don't especially like the sound of Dutch or English which sound clipped and in the case of Dutch, a little bit too guttural.

This survey is not accurate, particularly when you put it in the world's forum. Definitely must people're choosing thier languages, in addition the the comparison between languages has been avoided as a topic in the linguistics field.
But I think -as a personal sentiment- you can find these things -which you bring up- in any language which has great literature.
All the best.

French, but another major language you didn't put on is Japanese. I don't like the sound of it much myself but I know lots of people who do. Also Korean.
