I choose Portuguese because Continental Portuguese sounds almost Russian... a little harsh, but still pretty, and Brazilian Portuguese is incredibly beautiful.

I picked Portuguese too because I'm a native spanish speaker :P I love portuguese, specially Brazilian portuguese which is absolutely beautiful, and I love how spanish speakers can pick it up really fast and viceversa, and even if you don't speak it at all you can always communicate in portunhol

Despite being French I think Italian really wins my heart. Such a musical and beautiful language. I could listen to a laundry list being read in Italian and still find it sexy...
French is a beautiful language but I also love Portuguese ( especially Brazilian Portuguese) and Romanian is also quite attractive.
Spanish to me always sounds rather harsh ( I prefer South American Spanish) .
I know Latin the best (Classical pronunciation), but since that isn't an option, I'll go with Italian followed by Portuguese and French.
I really don't like the sound of most Spanish dialects and I don't know Romanian very well. I will say that describing Romanian as 'Italian with a Slavic accent' doesn't make me think I'd like it ;-) Poles and Czechs have such thick, blunt accents to my ear.
