I'm sure that country is not remotely as dangerous for the simple tourist as Algeria, for instance.

Depends on what aspect you are talking about. Every county has some down side. I really think there is no answer to this question in a general sense. Plus, it's all a matter of perspective, likes and dislikes.

Worst in what regard? I don't think there's one country that "trumps" all the other 192 in being worst in absolutely everything. And I don't think threads like these should exist on CD, since all they do really is just to annoy people and cause troubles for the moredators and posters.
