Default Finance Student Looking to Relocate Abroad (Europe)

Hello,

I am in my fourth year of studying finance at DePaul University in Chicago. I am very interested in moving abroad, mostly because I am Romanian and would like to be closer to my country of origin. Even though I have dual citizenship, I'm hesitant to move to Romania because of the low salaries. (Romania is in the EU) I am considering England. What would be my chances of attaining an entry level position in Finance in England or any other large European Country? I don't want to work as a waitress/in a bar if I make this transition. How can I secure a job? Do you recommend I stay in the US for a year or two to gain more experience? Or can I get an entry level position in Europe right out of college?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Can Depaul help at all?
A good graduate program might help you find an internship and/or position somewhere in Europe.
Have you looked at the World Bank?
