Any city in Canada can easily pass off as American. A lot of people in London love to listen to American artists and some even copy are style like baggy clothes.

Many youths around the world emulate american culture. Music, movies, tv are the vehicles.

The Philippines is probably #1, they were colonized, and have similar education system setup there, they use English, very Americanized to the same gun value type things, etc.

Australia would be the most similar to America, but isn't Americanized. But the big spread out cities and car culture and big lawns and sports-obsessed and such.
