As if that doesn't apply to non-communist countries. That applies to most places, especially developing countries. Try pissing of an official from a "democratic" country in Africa or Latin America, or a non-communist country in the middle east.

China isn't even really communist anymore as much as it is just authoritarian.
Sorry to get side-tracked. Point here is, just don't bother doing stupid *hit. I'm amazed at how stupid people are going to other places and doing easily avoidable illegal things. Reminds me of the big uproar of the kid that got caned in Singapore for graffiti.
