You might want to clarify a bit. The currency you are probably asking about is the Euro (no "dollar").

"Eurodollar" does exist as a financial concept, but it is not a currency. Rather, it refers to the issuance of US dollar-denominated bonds outside the US, which are traded on European financial markets. That's an important source of finance for some countries and multi-national corporations, but it has little direct relevance to European consumers.
