Could I pay you to go there?
Supposing I offered to pay you to go and stay for two years in a foreign country. You wouldn't have to work there, just take your family and live there. The way middle class locals live---no shutting yourself off in a gated compound or a luxury penthouse or fancy beach resort. After two years, when you come back home, you will be paid the specified amount of money, after deducting your cost of living there. Which would be your choice? (If more than one, choose the highest dollar amount.)

Yeah, I don't agree with what I just said, either.

I'll take Chile, please... but do I have to come back? Can I just stay and still get the cash?

Any of them really- but if language would be a problem then I'd have to stop with Colombia.

Um well with New Zealand Engalnd or the Bahamas you would possibly be out of pocket after paying for the living expenses,
I would consider staying in Iran for two years for that money. I have friends who have being to iran and by all reports its a safe and friendly place to travel.
Other than that i would take the money and live on a greek or phillipino island any day.

Get payed to live in Colombia? And then more? Where do I sign up?
Might've considered Iran if I wasn't so flamboyant.

For no amount of money would I want to live in Iran or N Korea. I'd certainly go to Zimbabwe for 1million USD, though it would be challenging. Heck, I'd go to some of the other places for free (minus middle-class expenses paid) if I didn't have obligations.

I'd LOVE to live in Colombia.
Philippines is another one...a great country. But Colombia would pay more, and Colombia rocks as well.
I wish this company actually existed.

I picked all of them, but I agree that some of them might deplete that paycheck.

Having lived in Greece already and knowing what it is like, I think I could handle going back for two years.
