What is a African American friendly country?

I as someone born in Africa who lived most of his life in Germany and now live in San Diego can say that there is no country that is friendlier to Blacks than the US including the Southern states.

Other countries may be firendlier because they are all black (such as African nations, the Caribbean islands, and some states in South American nations), but consider the crime rate, poverty and stability in those areas and you will soon realize that there is only one country that is better to blacks than the US: Canada. But the difference is very little and is due to the fact that stereotypes of AAs are not known or not seen as in the US. They are mostly real Africans or Afro-Caribbeans who want to make something with their lives.

"What about South Africa?" Well South Africans, Black South Africans are racist towards other Blacks. Rememebr the mobs last year when Zimbabwean fled to South Africa and South Africans killed them because they were apparently "stealing" their jobs? And the crime rate is incredible. So stay in the North, either Canada or the United States. Both countries are big enough to find some place that has no or almost no racism.
