Just wondering...is it REALLY hard to find ESL work in Asia if you're not white????? I've been researching various forums and I'm coming across a lot of negativity. I'm cognizant that it won't be impossible to find work, but how difficult is it? Please share your experiences applying for jobs in Asia from the U.S. How did your telephone interview go?
I'm in the process of completing my B.A., have 1.5 years of tutoring experience and have a plethora of people that will write letters of recommendation for me.
Can anyone recommend good sites to check out or schools that don't discriminate for the following countries: Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand.
