its good to see a couple of asian cities on that list

i noticed that 14 out of the 25 cities are european..

.. and only 3 are american. how do you all feel about this?

With all of the crime problems there how could Washington make a list like that? Ridiculous. Many of the cities on the list are very expensive to live in. I would like to know what the criteria was for this list.
