Munich rocks. I have been their twice. Each time I was there, I lived with my German foreign exchange partner and his family.
What they are saying about the rudeness depends on who you run across. Most of the younger people were cool. Middle aged and old people it was 50/50. Half were cool and the other half were jerks.

Bono of U2 was just in Florida the other day should of made the trip would of been alot easier. I didn't go however as I was buying groceries Sat the concert was Friday I did see a few t-shirts from the concert.
I never really listened to his music as a teen and tried listening to some recently I had heard a few of his songs from the past but I don't really relate to his music we do share a few interest but not totally and I don't have the same opinion as he does on the subjects that we do have in command so he ain't for me. But then again not many do share the same opinions as myself. I tend to think outside the norm and not get carried away with trends. I get alot of slack for my opinions and alot try to push theirs on me. Don't worry I've falling for the trends from time to time myself.
Here is a list of his US tours.
