Out of your list: Italy. Because alot of my family are from there, better lifestyle. Very laid back, healthy, beautiful scenery, wealthy country, food is great and the people are so friendly and caring.
If I had to choose anywhere in the world it would be either Canada, Spain or the USA.

Iceland. Even with it's economic crisis, it's still about 100 times better than the US. More educated and "real" people, beautiful landscape, completely and totally safe, and the best dairy, fish, and lamb in the world.
Other than that, Chile, Argentina (all because I speak Spanish), Poland, Romania, and Japan.
