If I was a guy...I think I would pick a French woman. Even if she got fat as a cow and grew a wart on her nose, she would still have that sexy French accent going on.

I haven't read all 21 pages of this thread, so forgive me if this hasn't already been brought up.
Some men's magazine (I think it was GQ) had an article on this very subject 10 or so years ago. They actually sent a reporter all over the world to research this. His conclusion was a country that didn't even make the orignal list starting this topic:
Iceland.
Jerry Seinfeld read this and immediately scheduled a vacation to Iceland. (This is before he married.) He had a great time in Iceland and agreed that Iceland is full of gorgeous women. Not long after he got back, he was talking to his rabbi and mentioned that he'd just come back from Iceland. The very next thing the rabbi said was, "I hear they have very beautiful women in Iceland."
So I say Iceland wins.

Iceland. Basically the Vikings handpicked/stole the most beautiful women they could find in Ireland and brought them there. The way the genes work, the women usually take on the traits brought down from these Irish girls and the men keep the Viking genes. They have one of the most physically fit and healthy populations in the world, so there's not many obese people.
I went there this fall and the place is full of good looking blondes and readheads. Most of the women have very pale, nice skin and striking blue and green eyes. I'm usually into brunettes with dark eyes, but this place had me convinced otherwise.

Ah but they left most behind. (Boats too small to take all or women too feisty to be taken?) 
You can walk down O'Connell Street here in Dublin and see the beauties the Vikings missed.
