Pound for pound, I've come to realize that I'm definitely equal opportunity when it comes to the girlies.
As far as what nation-state has the highest per-capita percentage of hotties, Brazil or Poland gets my vote. Brazil for the toned, swarthy spicy hot, Poland for the curvy, doe-eyed hot. Also, Latvia makes a strong play, with their mixture of Scandinavian and Slavic...
The Scandinavian countries usually produce some extremely picturesque women, however, there are a lot of homely looking ones too. Same thing with Germany, Ireland, Britain, Italy and the US. It's entirely hit or miss. Like, a perfect 10 Italian girl is probably hotter than a perfect 10 Swede, but you're more likely to encounter a 10 in Sweden than you are in Italy...
Brazil, though... Man, I don't know what the hell is in the water down there, but they need to start exporting it.

Costa Rica not only has the most beautiful women, it also has the best women who know how to treat a man. Costa Rican women are amazing. The only downside is that they get jealous when they really like you.
When they think you have an affair with another girl, they will go over to her house and whoop her ass.
