There are good looking women in all countries. Whoever says otherwise is either lying or trying to make another nationality out to be better. That said, the U.S.A. and particularly California has hot women. In my city alone (which isn't one of the better ones), you can't go a day without seeing a fine-looking Latin woman somehow. Fine White women too, though they are fewer in numbers.

brazil wins in a landslide because their women are tan, shapely (the main reason), and just exude sexiness. They are easy going and just are fun loving. but the main reason is because they are oh so sexy...they have beach bodies x10!!

Lol -- I don't get why America is so high up the list. American women are known as fat or obese. So in regards to "Popularity" of looks, America would be ranked pretty low. (Same with men)
Russian women are very beautiful for some reason. and European Women. like in France, Germany.

2008 Miss Universe Contest
Watching the Miss Universe Contest this July 2008, there were, at the end, six contestants, and five were from Hispanic background. Venezuela won, and the runner up was also Hispanic, from Colombia. And in the last two contests were won by Puerto Rican women. So there it is! However, there are beautiful women all over the world!

Oh, you wouldn't think it, but the small country of Estonia has beautiful women...everywhere! I went on a European cruise with my parents and sister and that was one of our stops, and even my dad noticed how many attractive women there were...even with my mom standing beside him. Lets just say she wasn't too impressed :P
