Looks also have a lot to do with education, economics and culture.
Here in Portugal the ladies from the educated middle and upper classes know how to eat well, they avoid unhealthy behaviors, they can afford healthy foods, nice clothes etc. And it shows, they are on average very beautiful and feminine. It is really a pleasure just walking down the streets here.
Poor people and those from troubled backgrounds however often don't have the money to take care of themselves, they are more prone to have bad habits like smoking and drinking, and they often have two or more bad-paying jobs, which wears them out physically. They also lack the strong self-confidence of middle-class women, which can make a big difference.
Feminism is also a cultural thing. Here women want to look feminine, while in Germany and Britain I noticed many women don't even try to look feminine. They wear short hair, try to be as slender as possible, wear men's clothes, etc. Here in Portugal women still stress their feminine side and I like that.

You can walk down O'Connell Street here in Dublin and see the beauties the Vikings missed.
So it's Ireland for the most beautiful/sexy women.

Ireland has the MOST beautiful women in the world, and most are already married so bad luck

Of course there are many that don't fit this stereotype, but only in America does this stereotype seem to be the goal of young girls (outside of overweight, which they will become irregardless). When Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Britney Spears are the major news items, there are going to be problems.
My vote would be for France. French women, from my experience, are skinnier, more fashionable, elegant, and have the sexiest accent/language. Brazil would be tied for number two with Croatia.
It definitely is a bummer coming back to the US after traveling around the world in terms of women.

I have to agree with most of that...If you voted for america you are crazy or probably never traveled elsewhere! Im literally laughing at USA being in 1st place right now

America is high because some places like NYC or LA are very diverse, and have women from all different countries.. and when you have a bigger choice of variety, why complain?

the first time I was in Germany I was kinda surprised. There was quite a lot of good-looking women in their 20-30's, but it seemed that the beauty and hotness had vanished once they hit 35-40. I don't mean there weren't any beautiful mature women, but certainly they were scarce. This doesn't happen in, eg Spain and Italy, where you can find extremely hot chicks in their 40's and 50's. Maybe the weather has something to do.

I think it's partly because generally Spanish or Italian women keep dressing in a feminine way even into their 80' (when I say into their 80's I mean feminine in an old-fashioned granny kind of way, before you get any funny ideas), whereas further north as soon as they hit mid-30s they often start going for the short hair, man pants and sneakers look.
