I think it's partly because generally Spanish or Italian women keep dressing in a feminine way even into their 80' (when I say into their 80's I mean feminine in an old-fashioned granny kind of way, before you get any funny ideas), whereas further north as soon as they hit mid-30s they often start going for the short hair, man pants and sneakers look.
Absolutely true, unfortunately. But maybe it also has to do with genetics. Northern women tend to look worn-out at around 35+, it struck me in Britain and northern Germany, whereas in southern Germany it is not so much the case. Older Portuguese women look fresher, their faces are fuller, their skin looks healthier. Maybe the blond, blue-eyed type is more prone to aging. It also applies to men, many older men here hardly have any wrinkles.
Well, undoubtedly melanine protects skin from sun rays and therefore delays the aging process - that's how you get really old black folks with very few wrinkles.
In the case of British women I'm afraid that binge drinking and poor diet also play their part.
I think some of the most beautiful women in the world are from Latin America. Venezuela is just amazing and Colombia would not be far behind. While the quantity is not there some of the women in Ecuador are outstandingly beautiful. I married one and she has been a great wife.
If you like more European looking women then Argentina is the place for you. Brazil has everything in beauty and Mexico would have to be rated high.
There are numerous sites around the web that catalog pictures of beautiful women from latin america. I like QUE GUAPA which means how good looking or pretty in Spanish --- There are pictures of women daily from around the region - and incidentally no nudity or inappropriate pictures.
I have to change it. I will give my undisputed number 1 and the rest are in no particular order.
1. Lebanon (catchy song too).
2.Italia
3. USA (and Puerto Rico)
4. República de Cuba
5. República Federativa do Brasil
In my opinion I think the Mediterranean has some dimes but the dimes in over in the Americas are on par. Is it just me or are the women of the Latin America, Biracial Black, Filipina and Mediterranean seem sorta similar (they're all a great mix in my opinion)? Okay, I forgot that the whole You-Tube window shows now, but I want to say that I'm no mouth breathing perv.To all the parents out there, this video isn't vulgar at all (I see that there's a dame in the bikini).

I still believe in that, Beauty's assessment is separated and far away from the objective matter.
However, there are many elements to make the ideal of beauty, definitely no country is empty of beautiful women, but the exciting thing when I didn't find any Afriacan country in the list above, I don't know why not. Do you think balck girl shouldn't nominee to be an attractive girl.
i think i participated earlier, but I would add Mexico, Norway, Persia, and Russia, but really it is about pockets within countries. Modern boundaries are political rather than ethnic determinations...

Is there a country where the women have a little bit of everything in her genes? I'm talking about a little Black, White, Indian, Arab, East Asian, etc (in case I missed something). I think that found in a couple of regions around the world. I put the USA because I think our Black females one ups Africa's Blacks (my opinion not trying to offend).
