I don't think Miss titles mean much. Usually white women win, or those from other backgrounds when they look more or less white. Why else would there have been be a white Miss Universe from Namibia or South Africa? Miss Brazil and Miss India is usually also whitish. Nor are there many really Asian looking Misses, despite the Asian proportion of the world population. Maybe it has to do with the jury or with the countries sending contestants.
Apart from that there are millions of women all over the world compared to whom any Miss Universe is plain ordinary, both in terms of looks and character. But nobody knows them, they lead normal lives, work at the supermarket etc.

u need to chill cuz Puerto Rico has beautiful women & it doesnt matter how they win .. if they hav beauty thts the only thing tht matters cuz we`re all on this website arguing abt who has the prettiest women .. not wht competition is being unfair

It may surprise you to know that many women from the West Indies for example have been winners of Miss World contests in the past. I suggest you google some of the following women and then you may be in a better situation to judge what constitutes Black beauty. Here is a few names for you to start with:- Jamilia, Beyonce, Naiomi Campbell, Iman, Jada Pinkett Smith.

I meant to add that personally I think that Brazillian women are probably the most stunning women in the world as they seem to incorporate the best bits of all the different races they represent. I have yet to see an ugly Brazillian woman. I live in the UK where there are loads of Russian immigrants. I would say that most of the Russian women I have encountered in and around the bars and restaurants of London are always covered in makeup and have had obvious plastic surgery to enhance their figures so it is difficult to judge whether or not under all the makeup they are genuinely pretty. I would however say that they are best groomed in terms of nails, hair, clothing etc of all the European races.

I have a co worker at work she is from Honduras , she is the most feminine woman I have ever meet, she is so natural pretty and so sexy without trying ,Olive skin beautiful eyes, sweet smile and a gorgeous body, the way she talks and smile drives me crazy every morning before we start working we are all ( men) waiting to see her, she comes and smile "Good morning guys " we all melt with her presence.
