I don't understand the restrictions either but with those in mind I would have to choose the Scandanavian countries of Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland in no particular order
I think those restricted countries are too mainstream...chealsea might've visted them already.
1. Latvia/Lithuania (you get to enjoy the same ocean view Scandanavian countries enjoy, but MUCH MUCH cheaper)
2. Greece (fun, great for lying around doing nothing, parties)
3. Germany (great history, lots to do, cheap beer)
4. Switzerland/Norway (only if you haven't vacationed in Canada. not as fun but very relaxing & has stunning views. choose Norway over Switzerland if you're into hot guys)
5. Turkey (Istanbul is European) (super cool! exotic, diverse, charmingly chaotic)
List 5 countries where would you go to spend your hoildays in Europe but not Italy, France, Spain and UK.
