Most of my windows actually just look onto (into) the two 'attriums' and since both are currently covered in pigeon poop, I'll not bother taking pictures from those windows right now. The only windows that look elsewhere, (master bedroom and bath) show only the neighboring units across the street. For any kind of view, I need to walk into the middle of the street and look west toward Mt. Charleston or east toward the Strip. (Might get my son to do a couple of pictures later - don't have any right now.)
If you are referencing Philadelphia - there are many similarities but many more diferrances - I love Europe though...
