Family in Italy?
Personally, I've never met any of my family from Italy. Most of them live in the town Collegno. There last names are Spagnotto. And I was wondering if anyone who lives in or near this town could possibly look up some of my family and give me there addresses or phone numbers. Because its very hard to look people up on the internet, trust me I've tried.
I want to know these things, because I was planning on visiting Italy, and I thought I would pass through Collegno and maybe visit them.
Thank you for your time.

I don't live in Italy, but when I wanted to visit some family and friends with whom I had lost contact I was able to find them through several online searches.
In one case, I just googled their name, and fortunately, they had published some articles and I was able to find their telephone number.
If you read a little Italian you might be able to find them in a directory.
And, btw, they were all thrilled to hear from me and we had a wonderful reunion.

We have the Telecom Yellow Pages in Europe as well.
I would look up the name.....
But, be prepared though, that there could be a substantial amount of people listed by that last name.
Europeans (especially italians close knit families) usually tend to stay with their families in the same towns for generations and generations. It might be a bit tough to track them down by not actually being there. But, it's do-able, definately worth it and you should give it a try.
Good luck!

I met some of my family in Italy. I'm still not sure how I was related to them but it was fun. I met some older gentlemen who were related to my grandfather. They were thrilled to learn he had spent his life here and had done well.

Tracing them shouldn’t be too complicated. Try Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com message boards for Italy.
Volunteers there will help you out.

No worries, CroatWebWanderer.
Your other 2 leads for the OP look like they could be very helpful.
