It has no meaning.

It's blank canvas! Do we pronounce it germanic? Asian? Or do we make it heart and soul American?

We could make it an exclamation such as 'non-sense!' Or an affirmation such as 'I am here'
Ooo....oooo what of making it mean a state of finality? '_____done- and completely'

But if we apply it all American lts just gonna be a (maybe drunken, improper ) lazy pronunciation ' its are [already] on' ...

Hey, dijeet? I havent, and Im gonna, coz 'i's ain't young' I gotta

I saw it on someone's Instagram profile as a name. At first it was "itsqueennikanika_" now it was change by same person along with this emoji combination:

you mean why i think that? [its my opinion based on what i can find out about it with out being able to find information]

or are you asking why a person would try to be purposefully random? [mostly because they were feeling creative, there's a chance they simply were having fun with how confusing it is]

One of my favorite jokes a buddy in the USMC told me a while back (2002?) was just so random i found it hilarious.

If your paddling a canoe thru a corn field, how many pancakes does it take to cover the roof of a dog house?
(pause to let them guess)

None. because ice cream doesn't have bones!

Some people are random. Keep away from them. You can't predict anything about their behavior.
